Order and Ticket management through Hubory has been standard in Gironet since 2017. In Gironet, they both use the Hubory billing report for billing and our eSign - a fully automated contract management system for fiber to the home and installation on the property.
Order management, Ticket management and Troubleshooting through Hubory led to lots of saved time for Affärsverken. From 50-70 emails a day to virtually none at all is a significant change and provided great saving of time that can now be used on better things.
All orders, changes and bug reports in dunderNET go through Hubory ON-WEB or API. If you live in Gällivare and have connected your house to the network, you probably have tried Hubory eSign when you had to sign a connection agreement with electronic ID - we hope your experience was fast and smooth!
Våren 2019 skrevs avtal mellan SEOM och Hubory och den 10/9 öppnades möjligheter för alla tjänsteleverantörer att använda Hubory för att hantera sina ordrar hos SEOM. Vi ser fram emot att koppla på även felhantering och felsökning - och det gör även många av tjänsteleverantörerna i nätet 🙂
Mittnät - Hubory Orderhantering
I slutet av 2019 påbörjades testperioden av Hubory Orderhantering och under första kvartalet 2020 är ambitionen att lansera våra tjänster till samtliga tjänsteleverantörer - stay tuned!
Under hösten 2019 påbörjades integrationen till FIBRA och under november inleddes de första testerna med några utvalda tjänsteleverantörer. Efter 1000-tals felfria transaktioner (ordrar) under testperioden kan vi konstatera att det fungerar precis som planerat.
References - Hubory Address Management
Our address verification system verifies and corrects addresses by comparing the addresses to different address sources. We have processed just over 500,000 addresses. Several of our customers use a subscription which means an ongoing management of the addresses. Due to numerous address changes every year, a corrected address database does not stay 100% correct for very long.
